As we provide you with a fresh floral product, we do not accept cancellations or process refunds. However, we are very understanding and more than happy to help come up with some kind of solution if any problems / damage did occur to your product.
Personal Information / Payments
Please note that we do not keep record of any bank card details and any information provided to us ie address, phone number ect is kept in our database for our use only.
This information is only used for if there were to be a problem with your delivery (and accounting).
Secure payments, our online payments are processed via Braintree which is a division of Paypal helping online companies like ourselves process secure payments for both ourselves and our customers.
We provide FREE ISLAND - WIDE DELIVERY!
For same day delivery please order online by 2pm or give us a call on 01534 857557 where our shop assistant will be more than happy to help.
Online orders can be made for next day delivery or any preferred date you have in mind. However we sadly do not deliver on Sundays or Bank holidays (except Mothering Sunday and Sundays close to Xmas).
*On delivery day, if nobody is in our delivery driver will either find somewhere safe to leave it and pop you a note to let you know where it has been left or if it has been returned to the shop. If this occurs please just call us and arrange either redelivery or collection.
For weddings we will provide a detailed quote then after agreement an invoice that will also contain our terms and conditions stating what deposit will be required.
We do require a notice period of at least 4 to 5 months if prop rental is required, so that we can get in any props specific to your theme / venue (if not already in stock). For flowers only a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks is required to allow for any imports.
From the creation of a personal design to restoration, we will provide you with a FREE quote which will also have our terms and conditions listed in regards to providing you with the service you need.
To be able to quote you, we will have to pop on site to agree on what design you want or what level of restoration is needed. (This can be a day and time that suits you during our business working hours)
